Senior Payroll Administrator at Powerpoint Lifestyles

A company that specializes in providing extensive print production expertise to develop high quality end-to-end litho, digital and design printing solutions for a wide range of clients, is currently looking to hire a Senior Payroll Administrator to be based in Centurion, Gauteng.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field (Post grad qualification will be an advantage).
• 3-5 years’ work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years SAGE experience.
• SAGE 300 People Payroll experience for large groups of employees an advantage (over 200 employees).
• Advanced excel knowledge.
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience working with various HR Systems: Payroll/IR/Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience with VIP Sage payroll systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Interpersonal relationships, discretion and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience of report writing utilizing excel, word and power point.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
