Senior Specialist Capability& Leadership Development
Supporting implementation of AAP strategy by developing relevant supervisory and leadership programme that drives technical and leadership competencies which aligns with high performance culture.
Drive development of supervisory and leadership development programmes in line with the Strategic Workforce
Planning requirements and interventions
Drive the supervisory and leadership development programmes that include on the job training through coaching andassessment interventions.
Align with operations on formulation of Individual developmental plans for supervisors and leaders to ensure alignment on technical and leadership competencies to drive performance.
Identify, develop and maintain relationships with relevant institutions that are experts in supervisory and leadership development.
Align with the learning delivery, early talent and talent management teams to identify and harness technical and leadership skills and competencies to enable talent bench strength at all levels.
Participate in the identification and recognition of supervisors and leaders that deliver on AAP’s strategic priorities and culture.
Support elevation of AAP’s Employee Value Proposition through development and implementation of bespoke supervisory and leadership development programmes that set AAP apart from peers.
Support eradication of GBV through incorporation of AAP’s Gender Based Violence stand in all supervisory and leadership and training programmes to ensure response and prevention strategies are embedded.
Support initiatives that transform operations through consistent implementation of SA recognised official languages in supervisory and leadership development/ training programmes
Align and support implementation of Group and Regional development and training programmes aligned to the delivery of AAP’s strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
NQF 7 Bachelors degree
Experience:
5- 7 Human Resources experience
At least 5 years in middle management level
A good understanding of leadership development or training programmes, or similar initiatives Experience in project management advantageous
Clear track record of successful hands-on project management experience including determining goals, milestones and key tasks, and working efficiently to deliver these tasks and monitor outputs.
Experience of working in a multinational, multicultural, culturally diverse organisation environment
Good experience working with systems such as SAP or other talent management applications
