Job Description

• The purpose of the role is to lead the operational control and execution of Employment Equity (EE), Transformation, B-BBEE, and People Governance compliance by ensuring statutory reporting integrity, analyzing transformation metrics, overseeing committee governance, and diagnosing compliance risks to ensure the organisation adheres to regulatory standards and achieves strategic transformation goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED - Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7)
• REQUIRED - B-BBEE Management Development Programme (MDP) / Practitioner Certification or related
• PREFERRED - SABPP Professional Registration (Chartered HR Practitioner / Certified HR Auditor)
• PREFERRED - Compliance Institute Southern Africa (CISA) Compliance Practitioner (CPrac) Certification

Experience:

• 8–10 years experience in Employment Equity, B-BBEE transformation, and HR governance
• Advanced expertise in statutory reporting (EEA2/EEA4), audit defense, and regulatory risk mitigation
• Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams and external verification audits
