Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist_ZA - Cape Town
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the proactive search and selection of quality candidates across a variety of skillsets and levels within our business. You will own the complete recruitment lifecycle and be responsible for managing candidates and stakeholders experience.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand the talent management needs.
Develop and implement effective and efficient TA practices and processes.
Advise and manage senior stakeholders on recruiting methodology, marketing strategies, current trends and talent approach.
Attract skilled, culturally aligned, and diverse candidates to the business via fast and efficient direct search.
Effective advertising and use of social media and/or all other methods of candidate lead generation.
Conduct regular market research on talent management processes and practices.
Assists with/drives Monthly Business Reviews, review meetings, and reporting.
Researching new and innovative methods of attracting talent.
Assists with/conducts structured interviews with senior stakeholders if required.
Conducts and partners with LM’s in candidate assessments – competency based interviewing, CV review and behavioural assessments as required.
Writing, optimising, and managing job advertisements across various platforms including LinkedIn and other Social Media job boards
Build and enhance relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and business leaders across all areas of Computacenter.
Uses business acumen to understand recruitment forecasts, makes adjustments to processes and methodology.
Provides talent acquisition team advisory and mentorship where required.
Position Computacenter as an employer of choice to the Talent market and work closely with HRM and HR Team to develop EVP.
Candidate management via Success Factors.
Collaborate with Employer Branding, Marketing, and other relevant HR functions.
Full ownership of end to end recruiting cycle, providing an exemplary candidate experience and great service levels to the business.
Works with insights team to provide wider view to business on critical/volume hires.
Continual review of candidate experience – suggests and implements improvements to wider business.
Strives for best practice, and continual optimisation of recruiting cycle, processes, and tool utilisation.
Lead and coach the TA team with the development of TA department processes and policies.
Reporting on TA stats using metrics and suggesting any areas of improvement.
Plan, create and or attend any career fairs, candidate assessment centres and other related TA events.
Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary Degree/Diploma in HR/Soc Sci Management or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role either from an internal TA delivery team or recruitment agency – min of 5 yrs.
Highly skilled technology recruiter, wide understanding of IT and social media landscape.
Familiarity with current market trends and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Confident with influence, strong persuasive and advisory skills in order to drive talent strategies into the business.
