Description
- Make telephone-scheduled bookings with clients who have completed an application for optic fibre to be installed at their premises.
- Schedule installations work orders
- Regular follow up and contract attempts.
- Scheduled escalation tickets
- Achieve or exceed minimum schedule targets
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years' experience in call centre or customer relations environment (an Advantage)
- Ms Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet.
