RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable and well established construction company in South Africa is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Agent to oversee and manage the on-site execution of one of their latest major roads projects in Limpopo.
The ideal candidate will have strong civil engineering knowledge, particularly in roads and highways, and a proven track record of leading large construction teams while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and programme compliance.
Requirements:
National Diploma/BTech in Civil Engineering or higher
+-10 Years’ experience as a Site Agent on major road or highway projects
Strong technical knowledge of road layerworks, surfacing (asphalt & concrete), drainage, and structures (e.g., bridges, culverts)
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., CCS Candy, MS Project)
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Valid SACPCMP or ECSA registration (advantageous)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or relocate as per project demands
