A Degree or National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in human resource development/skills development.
A valid driver's license Code B.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of: The Public Service Act and Regulations, HRD Strategy, Skills Development Act and other training related legislations, Provincial Growth and Development Strategy, PFMA, HR Systems including "Persal", Project Management, Communication skills, Report writing skills, Presentation skills, Facilitation skills.
DUTIES
The successful candidate will be required to coordinate the implementation of HRD Strategy and Policies develop.
Develop and monitor the implementation of Workplace Skills Plan Implement training and development policies and programmes for the Department.
