Our Client is a high-end, boutique catering company in Paarl, known for exceptional quality, personalized service, and event excellence.
We are seeking a talented Snr CDP or Jnr Sous Chef with a strong culinary and catering background, excellent knowledge of catering operations, familiar with using state of the art cooking techniques, execution of high quality menus for all catering events. Someone who is forward thinking, resourceful with excellent communication and operational skills. Formal Culinary Qualification preferred.
It is a pre-requisite to have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport. Applicants need to reside in the local vicinity of Paarl / Franschhoek.

Proven experience in a high-end hospitality environment
Culinary degree or equivalent certification
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavour profiles, and presentation
