You will be working as Snr HR Operations Specialist- ELCM & HRIS and will be the part of HR Services business area for HR Operational Services division based in Longmeadow, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to GBS HR Front Office Manager South Africa and will be responsible to perform day to day process of HR request related to employee life cycle management and HRIS for an assigned group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks. Ensures appropriate support for internal customers, delivers accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality controls like the 4-eye check are carried out
Your responsibilities
Executing and delivering assigned ELCM and HR systems services according to defined service level greement(s), handling complex/escalated tasks, supporting and coaching others in the team with defined tasks
Delivering ELCM and HRIS support to HR community, managers and employees, showing a customer service mindset and proactive way of working to service customers with a “can do attitude”
Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers, leading some proccess improvement activities and participating in various quality control and audit activities
Consulting and communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned proccesses to internal customers as needed, recording employee enquiries in AskHR tool, performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service(s)
Maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems, providing on-demand reports related to the proccess where required, preparing information and documents for external authorities
Your background
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Diploma/ or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in HR Shared Services
Project management skills in system implementation
