Introduction
The Social Media Servicing Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by analysing and monitoring customer engagement on all social media platforms in order to ensure resolution & to also safeguard our online reputation

Specification

• Continuously monitor all online social platforms
• Ensure immediate response to queries and comments on social media channels in conjunction with internal customer service team.
• Ensure that any complaint; request or enquiry is assigned to the correct business unit for resolution
• Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
• Deliver on TCF principles in alignment with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent
• Tertiary Qualification SAQA Accredited Equivalent
• Workable knowledge of social media platforms, websites and mobile environment.

Desirable

• Experience within the Short-Terms Insurance Industry
