Introduction
The Social Media Servicing Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by analysing and monitoring customer engagement on all social media platforms in order to ensure resolution & to also safeguard our online reputation

Specification
- Continuously monitor all online social platforms
- Ensure immediate response to queries and comments on social media channels in conjunction with internal customer service team.
- Ensure that any complaint; request or enquiry is assigned to the correct business unit for resolution
- Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort and through others.
- Deliver on TCF principles in alignment with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent
- Tertiary Qualification SAQA Accredited Equivalent
- Workable knowledge of social media platforms, websites and mobile environment.
Desirable
- Experience within the Short-Terms Insurance Industry
