• Regularly review and update processes to ensure they are effective, efficient, and fit for purpose.
• Communicate and implement processes within the team and across stakeholders effectively.
• Seamlessly integrate team and department processes with broader companywide procedures.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to allocate the necessary resources, ensuring project deadlines and requirements are met.
• Ensure team members are equipped with the skills required for both current and future projects, driving continuous growth and development.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification (Diploma or Degree in Software Development or a related field).
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
