    Solutions Consultant

    Joining the core functions of this revolutionary start-up company, the key focus of this role is on developing and managing the core operational and client service processes of a new business. Working alongside the co-founders and the COO of the business, you will contribute towards the development of a team of business experts that aim to extend the company’s global standing.

    Key Qualifications And Experience Required For The Solutions Consultant

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter (i.e. Business or Management)
    • Experienced and strongly skilled in B2B sales and negotiation
    • Working knowledge of sales techniques and business operations

    Key Duties Of The Solutions Consultant

    • Take a lead role in managing existing sales pipeline as well as developing new short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets, trends, and customer needs
    • Develop new business opportunities, materials, and partnerships through proposals, presentations, content creation, and inputs from various sources
    • Generate new leads, engage with decision-makers, explore prospective business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
    • Coordinate and implement marketing strategies and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
    • Perform a hands-on role with your team in terms of motivation, performance, and reporting
    • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
    • Take an active approach to gaining and sharing professional knowledge by means of social engagement at various events

    • Comfortable to confidently deliver presentations
    • A charismatic and determined individual, ready to get "stuck in" and demonstrate initiative and leadership
