    Specialist Digital Activation - EM South

    Purpose
    Support the development and implementation of digital experiences on adidas web and app platforms. Offer key support to ensure the strategy and initiatives are flawlessly executed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a key support to the Senior Manager Digital Activations, Emerging Markets South.
    • Lead the implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns on both .com and App platforms.
    • Maintain holistic digital activation seasonal calendars, including commercial initiatives.
    • Coordinate and monitor digital implementation of campaigns and product drops on .com and App in collaboration with Global/Hub stakeholders and local eCom and brand team.
    • Ensure execution and implementation is aligned to Global/Hub guidelines.
    • Responsible for executing the consumer journey online as per global guidelines.
    • Responsible for briefing in and doing post live checks on Product Landing Pages and Campaign Pages.
    • Responsible for briefing in promotion mechanics for.com and App.
    • Define activation executions and content needs.
    • Write creative briefs as required and evaluate work.
    • Work closely with the Membership and Performance Media teams to support online activations, ensure alignment and integration across touchpoints.
    • Support and assist external agencies in the development of key digital initiatives and tools.
    • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to gather assets throughout the year for digital communication executions.
    • Management of the necessary T&C’s per online offers, managing the necessary T&C approvals and uploading of T&C’s.
    • Remain abreast of current digital marketing tools and techniques.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    • Advertising and digital agencies.
    • Counterparts in EM Hub and global when applicable.

    Key KPIs
    EM-South Online Net Sales.
    Digital KPIs (Net Sales, AOV, CTR, Bounce Rates).Execution excellence in brand campaigns, product launches and commercial promotions.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Written communication skills.
    • Experience in project management – including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

    • 1-3 years experience in online marketing.
    • University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
