Store Administrator - Northern Cape at Epiroc

Main Responsibilities

• The receiving of stock from the DC and Stores, off-loading, opening and unpacking of parcels received
• Assist customers with the collections promptly and ensure that the relevant documents are completed
• After hours stand by when required
• Filing and keeping of records both stores and workshops
• Assist with stock checks in consignment warehouses

Required Skills And Capabilities

• A good knowledge and understanding of general store keeping
• Understanding flow of goods through the warehouse from goods receiving to picking and issuing of goods
• Computer literacy
• Understanding of the BPCS systems will be an advantage
• Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers

Educational Qualification :

• Grade 12 / Technical Background

Other Abilities/Skills :

• Understanding of store keeping.
• Valid driver’s licence
• Clean police record for work in restricted areas
