The position requires that the candidate has a minimum qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent coupled with at least 2 years’ experience as a Room Attendant in a 4*/5* environment.
Supervisory experience in a Rooms Division and clerical experience will be an added advantage. Computer literacy on MS Office Suite, Opera and SAP will be an advantage.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Compile task sheets for attendants and houseman;
Compile daily status reports;
Quality checking of rooms, stores and designated areas;
Assist with stock takes and identify discrepancies;
Assist with staff training and performance management;
Monitor casual costs, usage of amenities and expenses.
