Systems Training Specialist at Anglo American

Job Description
The key activities of this role are to:

• Support the formation of business proposals for HRD Systems training projects
• Supervise trainees in HRD Systems training
• Monitoring and advising on HRD Systems training practices and procedures
• Ensure that training courses satisfy user needs
• Co-ordination of training courses
• Practical follow up to assess the effectiveness of HRD Systems training in a practical work environment
• Liaison with HRD team to solve problems that impact on HR Systems training
• Advise Discipline Team on the implications of HR Systems training legislation and policies for work practices and systems in the operations and advise on appropriate changes
• Monitoring the effectiveness of HRD Systems training and devising solutions for variances

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree NQF 7 on Information systems or qualification relevant to role. NQF 5 OD ETDP Higher Certificate. Assessor Certificate

Experience:

• 3 years discipline specific experience of which 2 years in the HRD field or in HRD
• Certification on SAP & Success Factor experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge on Sap Enable (SEN) will be an advantage
