    Talent Acquisition Administrator

    MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    The Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for supporting the support recruitment team by providing administrative support through the full recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination, candidate service management, job posting, and recruitment reporting and analysis.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite
    • Drafting and posting adverts on all relevant job boards
    • Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis using the ATS.
    • Shortlisting and telephonic screening of candidates
    • Scheduling of interviews, updating diaries accordingly
    • Conducting relevant computer assessments with candidates if required
    • Answering of phone calls and responding to candidate queries
    • Conducting all pre-employment checks
    • Compiling internal candidate recruitment stats for hiring manager and Senior Recruitment Officer review
    • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, and providing feedback to candidates, requesting documentation, and sending out decline emails etc
    • Resolve issues such as interview cancellations and reschedule accordingly
    • Partnering with the Senior Recruitment Officer to maintain the Recruitment Database
    • Compiling personnel files for submission to HR
    • Submission of candidate summaries
    • Sit in on HM interviews in the absence of Recruitment Officer
    • Conducting references and confirmation of employment for all successful candidates
    • Compiling reports
    • Adhoc administration

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Matric
    • A relevant human resources qualification required
    • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
    • Experience working with an ATS is required
    • Microsoft office proficient
    • Familiarity with standard hiring practices
