Talent Acquisition Manager at Mr Price Group

Your key responsibilities in this role:       

• Manages the Mr Price Group’s employer brand, both internally and externally. This entails ensuring all Employer brand content which is created and distributed is brand-aligned, attracts top talent, engages potential employees and promotes opportunities in the Retail industry.
• Collaborate with your Talent Acquisition team and business partners to deliver and maintain a good candidate experience
• Manage the overall recruitment process & standards which favourably impact the candidate experience, attracts top talent and meets transformation targets.
• Identify and implement areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to operational processes and policies which favourably impact our key deliverables
• Manage relationships with Talent Acquisition service providers i.e. Recruitment agencies, Service providers, etc.
• Provide Talent analytics to our Group which is relevant and provides insights               
• Lead, mentor and develop the Talent Acquisition team, and integrate group-wide recruitment resources (line management, HR community) to ensure consistency in a functional application.

 The minimum requirements:  

• A relevant degree or diploma preferably in HR
• 5 years of Corporate / Internal Recruitment experience with at least 3 years at a Management level
• Knowledge of Recruitment Tech i.e. ATS’s, CRM’s, etc.
• Proven ability and experience in leading a diverse team
• Experience in driving and executing talent acquisition strategies and processes.
