The role
We are looking for a people-centered and results-driven internal recruiter to help attract the top talent for our non-technical roles. As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, which includes: Liaising with hiring managers on their hiring needs, drafting and posting adverts, and managing Workable (the recruitment toolkit). In addition to this, you will proactively identify and source prospects, screen and evaluate candidates, set up interviews, and manage the job offer process with selected candidates. A key aspect of this role is that you will handle all non-technical internal stakeholders and build strong relationships with hiring managers as you train them on our hiring process, update them on progress in their roles, and guide them on their hiring plans, job specifications, and candidate evaluation - all while providing high-quality customer service.
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be working within the People Operations Team while providing recruitment expertise to the non-technical departments including Professional Services, Sales and Marketing, and Product Teams. As well as managing the full recruitment cycle, you will also have the opportunity to manage the administrative processes that align with the Talent Management function. This includes assisting with training and development initiatives around recruitment processes, setting up performance reviews, and preparing for calibration sessions once performance reviews have been completed. This role will set you up for a career in Talent Management as you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Talent Management Specialist on all of our talent initiatives.
