    Content Writer

    Daily execution and duties include but are not limited to:

    • Researching, writing, editing, storing, distributing, analysing, reporting, measuring, optimising and maintaining marketing content such as blogs, social posts, newsletters, thought leadership papers, infographics, videos, case studies, web pages, etc.

    Delivery Manager

    The Role:

    A delivery manager within Electrum’s professional services team is the key point of contact for major customers (large banks and retailers) and plays a critical role in managing on-going relationships. The ability to manage customers, control complex projects involving multiple parties, and build strong relationships are essential for this role.

    Your Responsibilities

    As a delivery manager your responsibilities will be too

    • Co-ordinate full lifecycle software and customer implementation projects.

    Desktop Support Technician

    You’ll provide full-stack desktop support to our offices; including devices and applications for our in-office and our work-from-home Electrolytes by:

    Enterprise Account Executive

    The Opportunity

    In this role, you will navigate complex B2B sales cycles within the financial services landscape to strategically grow our Value-Added Services and Payments business at tier one banks, retailers and mobile network operators. Your responsibility will lie in building new revenue streams through targeted new logo acquisitions, as well as expanding existing enterprise accounts. You will be based in Cape Town working within our growing Sales and Marketing team, with networking and travel opportunities both locally and internationally.     What you’ll do

    • Build and close a sales pipeline by understanding your prospect’s business needs and Electrum’s product fit, while navigating the complexities of the enterprise buying and sales process.

    • Work with the sales development representative to research addressable markets and identify new sales opportunities by understanding market size, key target characteristics, persona pain points and product propositions

    Receptionist and Office Manager

    The Role

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    The role

    We are looking for a people-centered and results-driven internal recruiter to help attract the top talent for our non-technical roles. As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, which includes: Liaising with hiring managers on their hiring needs, drafting and posting adverts, and managing Workable (the recruitment toolkit).
