The Role
We are looking for an Office Manager to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the Electrum office space. As an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the Electrum office - which would require excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude. A typical day in this role would include planning and tracking office projects from start to finish, communicating with key stakeholders around the progress of the project, as well as placing orders for office necessities and maintaining the general upkeep of the office space.
As an Office Manager, you will closely manage a team of 2 Office Coordinators to ensure that the office is being well maintained and running efficiently. Since you will be working closely with the People Operations team, this Office Manager role will provide you with the unique opportunity to get involved in initiatives that will improve employee engagement and wellness. This will set you up for a career in project management or human resources management.
