    Talent Management and Organizational Development Manager

    Build a capable organization- Develop a TMOD strategy in line with the Company's and HR Strategy. Design Talent Development processes (White Collar and Shopfloor) for the Organization including companywide talent management, succession planning that meets the Employment Equity Plan and BBBEE requirements. Realization of development measures and in cooperation with BU related HR interfaces. Collaborate closely for TMOD Tires for initiatives and BOB sharing.

    Talent Management - Drive Talent Management Processes in accordance with the TM Cycle. Coordinate and facilitate TM Conferences (chairing and / or steering), Support TMOD Tires in the preparation of Talent Review Meetings. Support the implementing of Development Programs and Initiatives, both local and in line with Corporate/Division/BU (i.e. My Radar Live, Our Basics Live, Our Behaviours, Corporate Core values, etc.). Introduce Student talent pools aimed at contributing to the skills for key roles

    TMOD Standards, processes & solutions- Introduce new and maintain existing TMOD Standards, Processes and Solutions. Audits TMOD procedures and standard. Identifying common development needs/trends in the organization and design and implement Talent Management and/or Organizational Development solutions. Conduct benchmarking, knowledge and best practice sharing in the respective fields. Leads and implements TMOD Projects

    Shop Floor Training - Support the development institutionalisation of the Shopfloor Training Strategy. Lead, support and guide initiatives for Shopfloor Development Guarantee audit (ISO, IATF, PPS, CSA and other) zero findings in training. Support Talent and Shopfloor Training Manager in the execution of Shopfloor Training activities. Integrating training initiatives into future related capability. Implement student talent pools aimed at addressing future, technical skills and key role as well as critical skills.

    Organisational Development and Change Management - Consult on and facilitate processes of organisational design, change and performance. Ability to facilitate workshops and internally consult on matters related to change management and organisational development. Ability to design facilitation frameworks that enables engagement. Consolidate and enhance existing performance related concepts within the organisation, introduce new performance concepts in line with Company or relevant department's strategic goals and/or change requirements. Execute BU and Corporate OD initiatives related to change management, diversity, leadership development etc.

    Strategic Projects - Design, initiate and steer strategic projects related to TMOD needs (eg competency models, career pathways, assessment tools, trainee models, organisational design, role definition exercises etc). Represent HR on key projects related to organisational development (eg new start ups).

    Consulting/ Advisor - Able to advise, influence and counsel leaders on matters related to Talent Management. Able to strategically partner with business leaders on matters related to organisational development and change Is able to introduce new concepts and obtain stakeholder buy-in and engagement. Is able to view business holistically and make proposals aimed at facilitating and supporting organisational strategy.

    Compliance / Training Systems & reporting - Steer Workplace skills plan, Employment Equity reporting, BBBEE relating to Skills Development. Manage compliance with Skills Development Act. Quality Control of administration processes and training & development data information integrity. Implementation of a reliable training data information system.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Tertiary qualification in HR/OD or related field
    • 8 years + experience in general HR
    • 5 years + management experience
