    Things Responsibilities of the Role

    • Understanding ongoing hiring needs and establishing the right sourcing mix in order tgenerate a strong pool of talent for our vacant roles
    • Provide input intbuilding an attraction strategy and interview process
    • Draft & publish attractive job advertisements and manage responses Reach out ttargeted talent via social networks and build authentic relationships, stories, and magic
    • Design & conduct engaging talent outreach campaigns that attracts candidates whin turn inspire further candidates tengage
    • Measure and report on hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.)
    • Developing a network comprising of industry professionals and potential candidates
    • Collaborate with hiring managers tidentify each position’s requirements and ensure this knowledge is made transparent tthe team
    • Enable various sourcing strategies like referrals, talent pooling and external attraction projects
    • Be a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidates have a positive candidate experience in their journey with us
    • Stay on a learning journey through measuring the results of the candidates experiences for continuous improvement
    • Provide new ways of improving the talent sourcing functionality through innovation and automation

    Requirements of the Role

    • Degree or equivalent experience

    Work Experience

    • Start-up and/or agency technical sourcing experience
    • Working with local and international sourcing of talent
    • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships Knowledge and Ability (this means that you know your stuff)
    • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Greenhouse, etc
