We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECD Teacher to join our team. The ECD Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children to develop their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and instructional activities for children ages 0-5 years old
Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery
Provide individualized attention and support to children to help them reach their full potential
Assess children's development and progress through observations, assessments, and evaluations
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide ongoing updates on children's growth and development
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and integrated learning experience for children
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment at all times
Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification or license (if required by state or country)
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and staff
