    Technical Talent Acquisition Partner

Our Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with a small team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high volume, technical recruiting environment that operates globally. Ensuring a seamless, candidate-centric hiring process by identifying and engaging with A-Player talent. Proactively identifying and sourcing prospects, screening and evaluating candidates, and managing the job offer process with selected candidates. Handling internal stakeholders and build strong relationships with hiring managers as you train them on our hiring process, update them on progress on their roles, and guide them on their hiring plans, job specifications and candidate evaluation.

     

    The role of our Champion:

    • Provide input into the talent acquisition strategy to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.

    • Source and attract high calibre candidates through a direct or sourcing model.

    • Perform full recruitment cycle, own and juggle multiple contingent requisitions and maintain high quality throughout the full cycle.

    • Create profiles of our ideal candidate to ensure our recruiting strategies address the right audience.

    • Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities (for example via LinkedIn or email)

    • Advertise open roles on various channels (using our internal process)

    • Partner with the Hiring manager by assisting them with screening resumes based on essential criteria.

    • Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or declined)

    • Organize recruitment events (job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)

    • Developing and expanding our employer brand and be a brand ambassador.

    • Recruitment reporting and keep track and analyse recruitment metrics.

    • Matric is essential plus Relevant degree or related experience required.

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience working as an In-house recruiter, agency recruiter, or similar role within an IT or technology environment with proven experience recruiting in a high growth environment.

    • A role model in creative sourcing strategies.

    • Proven experience of exceeded hiring goals while forming successful relationships with hiring partners in a constantly evolving environment.

    • Proven ability to work well under pressure and capable of adapting and responding to change.

    • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases, applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems.

    • Familiarity using social networks to post job ads and source candidates and various career platforms.

    Requirements

    Our Champion's journey thus far:

    • Matric is essential plus Relevant degree or related experience required.

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience working as an In-house recruiter, agency recruiter, or similar role within an IT or technology environment with proven experience recruiting in a high growth environment.

    • A role model in creative sourcing strategies.

    • Proven experience of exceeded hiring goals while forming successful relationships with hiring partners in a constantly evolving environment.

    • Proven ability to work well under pressure and capable of adapting and responding to change.

    • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases, applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems.

    • Familiarity using social networks to post job ads and source candidates and various career platforms.
