Minimum Educational Qualification:

• General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std. 7).

Duties

• Handling of all incoming and outgoing calls as well as telephonic enquiries. Ensure effective and efficient communication, both internally and externally between staff, clientele and the general public. Processing and distribution of monthly telephone accounts. Keep monthly statistics. Provide clerical and administrative support to the supervisor. Monthly update of the telephone extension list. Receive and ensure accurate distribution of faxes and other messages.
