Dealer/Wholesaler Communication & Document Request

• Contact Dealers /Wholesalers and request the required FICA documents (telephonically and via email)
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Track and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure compliance deadlines are met.

Document Management & Uploading

• Receive FICA documents from Dealers/Wholesalers
• Accurately allocate received documents to the correct Dealer/Wholesaler profile within the internal system.

FICA/KYC Document Review & Verification

• Review and verify FICA (Know-Your-Customer KYC) documents submitted by Dealers / Wholesalers
• Identify and escalate any deficiencies and/or non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Matric
• 1-2 Years Administration/Compliance/Project Management Experience
• Strong Attention to Detail, Methodical, procedure drive, risk awareness, time management
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Excellent Computer Skills (Excel knowledge required)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledge of FICA (KYC) requirements (advantageous)
