    Your slay-eat-sleep, dream-job responsibilities include:

    • Brand Extraodinaire with flair/interest in fashion & pop culture – & get paid for it!
    • Strategy – contribute & formulate; drive our business & comms strategy through all channels to elevate our dope identity to dizzying heights & attract new customers
    • Ownership – keep our brand CI distinctive & in check
    • Mover & shaker, networker – yes, social butterflying is a skill you can flaunt shamelessly here
    • Experience in coordination of product, imagery & content; brand management; project management & ROI measurement – obvs!
    • By flexibility we mean more than just your fitness, you easily flip between WFH days to on-site, in-office days #speed&agility
    • Elevate our feisty, young brand across all mediums to deliver brand value & brand love & whichever cool channel or event we decide to play with next (all in a day’s work ya’know)
    • Briefs – giving & receiving briefs to/from internal/external stakeholders to ensure next level, on-brand delivery
    • Compile & manage the monthly/annual marketing & promotional calendars – fashion never sleeps
    • Aggressively seek out, research, maximise, respond to & coordinate any marketing opportunities – all about #levellingup
    • Copywriting: digital, stores, ads, social - your creative outlet and who knows the brand better than you na what I mean?!
    • Capitalise –run in heels/sneakers while dreaming up cool, never-before-tried ideas that are memorable & executable
    • Review monthly analytics, compile customer and competitor research to drive insights & KPIs – we loove to achieve & we never stop learning
    • Influencer Marketing – Who dis? Who dat? Wana play?
    • #DoWhatsRight – coordination and delivery of our CSI projects coz there is purpose alongside the fun
    • Budget – run it like its yo’ own hustle
    • Bonus points for: interesting party tricks, killer dance moves, sense of curiosity, FIX clothing in your ‘drobe, youthful, peeps in high places, can pull rabbits out of hats, will always #dowhatsright

    You know how to:

    • Put your tertiaries (Business or Marketing degree/ qualifications) to good use commercially
    • Apply your 2 - 4 years relevant Brand Management experience
    • Manage budget, briefs and calendars
    • Digitally and social media savvy
    • Project Management (activations, new store openings, launches, CSI, etc.)
    • Attention to detail, being able to manage tight deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, understanding of the full marketing mix, able to work independently & show initiative
    • Network, present, influence, communicate, lead - Make your voice heard & contribute your innovative, cool ideas through discussion & presentations (or through the medium of dance, memes, origami, puppet shows, etc.)
    • Plan your time effectively & efficiently, & thrive under pressure
    • Maintain high standards – & raise the bar every time
    • Be a team player – #squadgoals
    • Laugh in the face of change – it never lets up
    • Operate in stealth mode – stay abreast of competitor activity, market trends, best practice
    • Be open minded, customer-centric, proactive
    • Have a value mindset, speed & agility and a can-do mentality J
