Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role
Execution of Total Rewards wellness and benefit strategy and programs within SSA business, in accordance with local legislation, competitive within the local labor market.
Management of all third party providers, managing SLA reviews
Business Point of Contact for Retirement Fund Trustees
Ownership of TR Benefit analytical and reporting systems, tools and reports for the HR and Business community in SSA.
Accountability
Managing the strategic relationships with the 3rd party providers, ensuring SLA’s are being met and regular feedback provided and triggered through either COE routes or SDT Lead as appropriate
Continue to look to the external market and attend external benefit forums to keep PepsiCo benefits competitive and make recommendations as appropriate. Ensure that the business is aware of legislative requirements and understand, implement and communicate changes. Conduct Benefit promotional activity as required
Be the subject matter expert for SSA benefits and collaborate with the HR teams and COE teams on possible solutions for challenging situations without reference
Lead on Benefit Projects relevant to the SSA Business (Wellness days, etc.)
Pension Point of Contact for business Trustee’s.
Medical aid point of contact for business, resolving of escalated queries
Qualifications/Requirements
BComm Industrial Psychology
5-8 Years Previous experience working in a Benefit environment, understanding the provider environment
Excellent interpersonal skills required, including ability to interface on a daily basis with senior stakeholders, external providers, strong collaboration with ESSA/Global COE teams
Ability to work independently and use own initiative to problem solve and find the right solutions
Ability to be flexible and respond to a variety of issues in a fast-moving environment
Knowledge of current HR systems and compensation practice and experience in the field of benefits, pensions, insurances, understanding the provider environment is desired.
Advanced Excel and reporting system knowledge
