KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Assist in developing and reviewing Spatial Development Framework, Local Area Plans, Precinctm Plans, Land Use Scheme and the By – Laws.
Administer and Assess development applications ( Township Establishment, Rezoning, Sub – division, Consolidation and Consent Use and Departure) and making recommendations to Authorised Official and Municipal Planning Tribunal.
Develop and maintain Land Use Management systems.
Operate and update the municipal GIS and ensuring that all stakeholders are provided with updated spatial information.
