Trainee People Specialist (HR) at Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum of Matric
• Human Resources- relevant HR Diploma/BCom degree is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR environment
• Good communication skills
• In line with the company Employment Equity Plan, preference will be given to EE candidates.

• Provide administrative support to the HR Department
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee queries and general HR administration
• Assist with HR reporting and data capturing
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist with HR compliance and filing systems
