Our client is offering an 18-month development opportunity designed to launch your career in the financial world. You will work alongside established financial advisers and management while receiving world-class mentorship and coaching.
Responsibilities:
Gather policy information and compile summaries.
Prepare proposals and client reviews using set templates.
Handle data capturing and conduct product information research.
Manage new applications, quotations, and existing client enquiries.
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and prepare investment review meetings.
Maintain CRM systems and manage detailed administrative documentation.
Rebalance and maintain existing portfolios.
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly statements.
Build strong working relationships and meet Service Level Agreement deadlines.
Handle Employee Benefit service queries and manage policy renewals.
Load new/existing business policies while ensuring full FAIS compliance.
Requirements:
Completed BCom degree (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics, Investment Planning/Risk Management, or Economics).
0–2 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and high attention to detail.
