    Web Designer/Publisher

    Position Summary:

    We’re looking for a Web Designer & Publisher who wants to create digital experiences that stop people in their tracks, yet keeps them scrolling and may even change how they think about things like online security, the value of identity and how digital trust works.

    Your Team:

    • You’ll work directly with and report to Senior Design Lead to develop and execute new web elements, sites and experiences. You’ll also work with the Digital Strategy Director and a team of web producers, developers and creatives to help you translate ideas into narratives that educate, inform, compel action. It’s a collaborative group that is engaged, encouraging and focused on creating successful work. No drama here.

    Your Craft:

    • You’re a budding designer with a solid understanding of web design fundamentals. You might be a tinkerer, manipulating templates to work the way you want them to. You frequent awwwards.com and often send a link to other friends who appreciate great design and dev work. You might know Adobe Experience Manager already, but it’s not required. We will train and mentor you in AEM and other systems we use.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • 3-years (minimum) experience at an agency, digital marketing dept or comparable role
    • Art-ish degree in graphic design, advertising, or similar is required
    • Portfolio with websites required
    • Some experience creating online content
