Duties: 

• Looking after and general care of the child, creating and playing educational games and activities. Daily transport, booking appointments, arranging and attending play dates.
• Creating healthy menus and cooking - priority is to cook for child but may include household. Afternoon and evening routines may include bathing, dressing, eating, school work and prep for the following day.
• Running errands and shopping for child and household, time permitting. Stay overnight and travel with the family from time to time if needed. Understanding the Montessori philosophy would be highly beneficial. Proactive communication and structured feedback to parents.
• First-aid qualifications and knowledge up to date. Work collaboratively and constructively alongside other staff members. Create activities for the family to enjoy with their child

Requirements:

• Education background would be ideal. Highly flexible in time availability as household plans often shift on short notice.
• Must have up to date first aid training. Availability to stay overnight on occasions, or to travel with the family, if required

Duties:

Student Acquisition:

• Follow up with emails after viewings and gather feedback.
• Provide order information guides/documents in advance.
• Respond to enrollment inquiries within 2-3 hours.
• Assist parents with online registration and ensure teachers are informed about new student arrivals.
• Monitor unauthorized persons on school premises.

HR:

• Mentor staff, manage daily operations, and create job descriptions.
• Handle staff employment, disciplinary processes, and training requirements.
• Manage leave schedules and oversee kitchen staff.
• Implement staff management tools and report disciplinary actions to directors.
• Allocate teacher and assistant of the month.

Operations:

• Ensure security adherence, including fire and access control.
• Manage uniform and stock, including stationery, school supplies, and cleaning items.
• Ensure all equipment is of high quality in classrooms and manage staffing levels.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and make timely decisions.
• Coordinate with Admin Manager on operational needs.
• Organize and conduct parent information evenings.

Communication:

• Communicate with parents about calendar events, children’s development, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate annual events and extra-mural activities.
• Provide support for practical days like Graduation and Open Day.
• Oversee termly school reports, conference calls, and parent-teacher communication.
• Ensure all communication is professional and documented.
• Report important events and safety concerns immediately to directors.

Kitchen:

• Ensure food availability for children and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Manage stock take, purchasing, and ordering efficiently.

Admin:

• Check and train teachers on writing children’s progress reports.
• Manage daily rosters, teacher preparation, and monthly stationery/uniform orders.
• Send newsletters, meeting minutes, and organize annual events.
• Be proficient in using various platforms like Canva, Mailchimp, and Simplepay.
• Handle leave summaries, budgets, and document management

Special Requirements:

•  35-45 years old. Degree in education, business management, psychology or similar. (Honours preferable) 5+ years managing a school of 120+ children and 20+ staff. Kind, firm, leader, sets boundaries

• Duties: General Curriculum Support in all prescribed Subjects. Prepping activities and lessons according to his age group. Ensuring that he is up to date age appropriately. Assisting him with his speech. Working on both fine and gross motor skills.

Duties: 

• Single father requires assistance with getting the children ready for school in the mornings and ensuring they have breakfast and have their bags packed for the day.
• Collect the children from school in the afternoons, homework assistance, ensuring the children eat a healthy lunch, supporting and attending matches, transporting to and from extra murals, ensuring bags are packed for the following day, making dinner for the family (and self), engaging in educational stimulation, supervising homework and assisting with school projects, grocery shopping for the home, liaise and interact with teachers and coaches, managing the school Whatsapp groups for scheduling purposes.

Duties: 

• Collect from school, Take to extra-murals, Assist with and supervise homework, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)
