    Campus Manager

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Coordinate and manage the implementation of the Marketing and sales strategy
    • Coordinate and manage the enquiry management system with the sales team
    • Coordinate and manage various events to generate exposure
    • Converting enquiries into sales
    • Manage the financial targets
    • Monthly income and expenditure management
    • Budget control
    • Management of all costs
    • Effective debtors’ management
    • Quality control
    • Managing and monitoring of all audits
    • Comply with monthly stock control
    • Identify training needs

    Education:

    • BCom Degree

    Credit Control Manager (Durbanville)

    The role’s key focus areas:

    • Drive collections to achieve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) targets and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Manage credit risk through evaluations, creditworthiness checks, and insurance management.
    • Oversee credit releases and reviews to align with prescribed group policies.
    • Lead bad debt management, following SOPs and legal processes.
    • Conduct customer evaluations and foster strong relationships to enhance collections efficiency.

    Key skills, experience and qualifications: 

    • Education: Relevant undergrad or postgraduate degree.
    • Experience: 5-8 years in Credit Control Management and Collections.
    • Working experience in the distribution industry will be advantageous.
    • Working experience on SAP would be an added advantage.

    Soft Skills:

    • Customer focus and relationship management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and across cultures.
