    Account Development Executive (Lead Generation)- Spanish Speaker

    • We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professional to join our Summits division as an Account Development Executive with strong grasp of Spanish
    • The right candidates for this role have a real talent in both research and writing and are determined to be a key part of a successful and growing team.
    • This is an entry level role, based in our Cape Town office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generating is a crucial part of the role.
    • Industry research and analysis.
    • Writing targeted outreach campaigns that will deliver high quality inbound inquiries.
    • Meeting weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain the data quality of our contacts database.
    • Effective collaboration with leading Sales Professionals across EMEA and North America.

    Qualifications

    • Recognized degree or diploma in Marketing.
    • 1-2 years experience in email marketing, research and lead generation.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Spanish and English is essential for this role.

    Production Development Executive

    • We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Summits division as a Production Development Executive for our Investments division. The right candidates for this role have a real talent in both research and writing and are determined to be a key part of a successful and growing team.
    • A strong grasp of and ability to operate in an English - speaking environment is essential to be successful in the role.
    • This is an entry level role, based in our Cape Town office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifying potential speakers and building a database.
    • Industry research and analysis.
    • Writing targeted outreach campaigns that will deliver high quality inbound inquiries.
    • Meeting weekly and monthly goals and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain the data quality of our speaker prospect database.
    • Effective collaboration with a Senior Production Manager working on our North American events.

    Qualifications

    • Recognized Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, but Finance an advantage.
    • 1-2 years experience in research, lead generation, and messaging.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills in English is a must!
    • Excited to be part of a performance-driven culture.
    • Computer Literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
