    Job description

    Inbound Operation Manager

    Job Purpose:

    • To provide support to the national and key account managers, by coordinating and organizing all critical functions linked to the service level agreements within the Link channel, in line with the UPD strategic and Group objectives
    • Key Performance Areas:
    • To efficiently offer support to the Key Account team, communication and correspondence with key stakeholders, as well as the efficient delivery of any other relevant tasks as and when required, in order to provide the necessary support to the Key Accounts Manager in a professional manner
    • To assist in managing inventory levels by compiling daily stock reports
