We're looking for a boiler to work at our East London Factory which produces chocolates & confectionary.
Position Summary
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the following:
Operation of Utilities plant and equipment for Processes
Maintenance of Utilities Plant and equipment
Routine analysis to optimize plant operation
A day in the life of a Boiler
Record all running conditions of Boilers on logsheet.
Ensure all running conditions on airheaters are recorded regularly
Perform CO2 tests once per shift and action out of norm conditions.
Check airheater / boiler flame condition. Analyse situation and readings and act on out of norm conditions.
Perform routine checks on air compressors. Blowdown air receivers at least once per shift. Checks correct functioning of airdriers.
Take water samples and analyse to specification once per shift. Act on out of norm conditions immediately.
Interpret logged data and constantly optimise running of equipment.
Make use of trends to analyse and improve running conditions.
Take full responsibility for the correctness of the data.
Operate plant as per production operating parameters.(POP’s)
Ensure that equipment is always operated safely and efficiently.
Read and understand operating manuals and ensure operation as per safe operating procedures.
Out of norm equipment and operation to be rectified immediately. Report these to superior and enter in log book.
Make sure standby equipment is rotated weekly and always fully functional
Perform maintenance on equipment during break downs.
What will make you successful
You have acquired a related N3 Certificate.
You have qualified with a Trade Test Certificate

In this role you will provide operational support in the implementation of Total Rewards Policies and strategies throughout the Market aligned with Corporate HR and the Centre of Competence Guidance.

a Total Rewards Specialist
Support flawless Execution of Annual Compensation and Benefits Processes in alignment with all partners to the process.
Contribute to external Benchmarking and Design of Competitive Pay Structures.
Contribute to job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
Preparation of reports for the KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Business to use in problem solving and decision making.
Support operation of local Benefits plans jointly with CoS and/or 3rd party providers (e.g., running open enrollment, resolving operational issues with plan administrator).
Participate in projects to review and change plans as needed aligning market and regional CoC to ensure best value for money. Ensure full internal controls in the remuneration area, including ensuring correct accounting treatment of plans, tax/legal compliance, and arranging cross charges as needed.
Support effective tracking of costs of Total Rewards per employee.
Work with HR Services and CoS to ensure data quality of the SF SAP for compensation info types.
Prepare Rewards Communication material and tools to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding.
What will make you successful
Undergraduate Degree
2 years’ experience in a Total Rewards Specialist position
GRP qualification would be a plus
FMCG experience
