    Senior Enterprise Service Manager

    DESCRIPTION

    As a Senior Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) with AWS Professional Services team, you will build and consolidate the commercial relationship with large global organizations. You will collaborate with customer account teams and AWS partners to identify, develop, and execute customer consulting engagements. As a Trusted Advisor for our largest and most committed customers, you will support business development and build strong relationships, oversee the delivery and manage programs for a portfolio of projects in those accounts.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Multiple years of IT consulting, sales and management experience, with demonstrated business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles
    • Industry value chain experience covering significant portions of Oil, Gas and / or Utilities from exploration through production / generation to retail.
    • Business consulting experience in transforming customer operations through technology including cloud adoption, IOT, ML/AI, and automation.
    • Extensive experience managing large Industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets / sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations etc.).
    • A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT programs.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development.
    • Experience with enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, cyber, etc.).
    • Broad enterprise systems technology experience including IaaS / virtualization technologies, cloud, ML/AI, traditional and renewables power generation, transmission, utility retail, E&P, refining/chemical/wells process control and SCADA, fueling-retail, and supply chain.
    • Experience with enterprise application programs (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.) and technical infrastructures in Industry, including design, build, and operate of global solutions.

    Senior Marketing Manager

    Key job responsibilities

    • Ownership for all marketing deal events
    • Responsibility to grow existing deal events and identify improvement levers.
    • Improvement of existing processes and initiation of new tools/processes to drive automation for our events and offerings.
    • Ongoing deal selection quality checks and identification of optimization potential for our customers across teams
    • Coordination of all departments and stakeholders teams that take part in the event creation process
    • Coordination and further development of existing tracking and reporting tools and training across teams.
    • Ongoing performance analysis of current and past deal events, driving action plans and driving these to make it happen at senior management level.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
    • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
    • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
    • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
    • Bachelors Degree

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
    • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

    Marketing Manager

    • Input strategies/performance recaps into forward-looking strategy.
    • Partner with Central teams to secure high-visibility placements for upcoming events
    • Partner with internal Homepage stakeholders to ensure best-in-class strategy is being implemented.
    • Partner with Creative Partners to develop and create best-in-class visuals & copy
    • Partner with central Search teams to influence the customer experience.
    • Partner with Automation & Tech teams to develop and optimize automated content.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
    • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
    • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
    • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
    • 5 + years in a professional non-internship marketing or eCommerce role
    • Bachelors Degree

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
    • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
