• The Specialists role is responsible for providing high-level technical advice and supporting a Microsoft environment including Azure & M365 through design, implementation and support. The position will act as a specialist for Microsoft and related technologies.
• The role is required to perform pro-active administration tasks over the Microsoft environment. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of Projects, policies and procedures to ensure infrastructure provisioning, efficiency, and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•  Exam AZ-800: Administering Windows Server Hybrid
•  VCP-DCV 2021 or newer
•  MS-102 - Microsoft 365 Administrator
•  AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
•  ITIL V3 Foundation

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Minimum 6 years working in IT in a medium to large organisation or Service organisation.

DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

•  A working knowledge of Microsoft technologies

Description

The Dialer Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the functionality and optimization of the dialer systems. The role is responsible for all aspects of dialer strategies, the day-to-day operations of dialer systems, setting up campaigns, prioritizing them effectively, monitoring them in real-time, and conducting thorough reporting and analytics on dialer activities. The Dialer Operations Specialist must utilize the dialer and its capabilities to improve efficiency and performance and look for opportunities to improve productivity and conversions. The role is also required to ensure associated system administration so that the resources in the Bayport Acquisition Channel have access to the relevant systems and accompanying campaigns to perform their functions.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• 3 years minimum experience as a Dialer Administrator
•  Experience in managing multiple campaigns.
• Experiencing in working with data and producing analytical reporting
• Experience in analysing reports and making productivity and/or effectiveness recommendations to management.
• Experience within a sales or financial services environment.
• Computer Literacy: MS Excel (intermediate – Advanced)
• SQL Advantages
• Experience in liaising with external service providers and 3rd party management.
