    Operations Support - Spur International

    Minimum Requirements    

    • National Certificate
    • Executive Secretary/Office administration or similar
    • 5  years’ experience

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    FINANCE

    • Conduct approved purchasing and placing of orders i.e. office supplies and uniforms
    • Verifying and reconciliation of all invoices and expenses in line with budgets
    • Approval of invoices - where applicable - for payment
    • Verify all expense claims for accuracy and approval - against proof of payment and reconciliation with card statements
    • Ensure the timeous submission of expense claims for reimbursement
    • Purchase and ordering of smalls within budget (items for office use)
    • Reconciliation and management of petty cash

    CUSTOMER

    • Ensure Franchisees and Customers are received and answered in an appropriate, friendly and professional manner
    • Ensure that franchisee queries are immediately dealt with, directed to the right parties and monitored for resolution
    • Ensure Customer complaints are immediately dealt with, directed to the right parties and monitored for resolution
    • Ensure a quick turnaround on responded and reverting to Franchisees and Customers queries and complaints
    • Report on Franchisee and/or Customer complaints not resolved

    INTERNAL PROCESSES

    • Conducting Divisional Operations administration and providing general operations team support
    • Calendar coordination for the operations leadership team
    • Provide administrative assistance and support and work closely with brand manager and marketing on projects
    • Control and distribute product and operations manuals
    • Coordinate meetings and event logistics - calendar coordination, invitations, arranging venues, agendas, room set-up etc
    • Executing on Travel arrangements for the operations team
    • Handling functional and personal team queries and refer where necessary
    • Providing assistance on extranet
    • Gathering information for presentation and management reporting
    • Assist with the collection of signatures for all legal documentation required (resolutions, agreements, NDA's and MOU's)
    • Compiling of files and documents
    • Attend to vehicle service maintenance and booking of services PEOPLE
    • Secretarial duties
    • Dictaphone typing and delivery of accurate documents
    • Switchboard and reception relief duties
    • Screening and responding to emails and other communication
    • Receiving and screening of visitors
    • Operations reporting
    • Gathering information and Produce KPI and regional reports
    • Conduct Food cost, ratio analyses, pilot sales, discounts, Mr delivery reports, and halaal review and report
    • Main meal loading and analyses of spend per head comparison reports
    • Liaising and relationship building with all divisions across the business and with Franchisees

    Quality Assurance And New Product Development Manager

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Tertiary education, preferably in Food Technology
    • 5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in NPD
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Experience in HACCP and FSSC 22000, with audit experience
    • Experience an knowledge in local labelling regulations
    • Strong Admin and analytical ability
    • The ability to work independently and part of a team
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Goal Orientated

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    General QA

    • Maintain operational QC standards on production floor
    • Ensure all food safety Controls are in place
    • Spot checks on production recipes to ensure compliance to recipes
    • Oversee all QA audits including our food safety systems audit (HACCP)
    • Manage all lab work into accuracy, appropriateness, and completeness
    • Oversee and report on Adhoc projects
    • Help develop & document procedures to manage overall efficiencies.
    • Able to work across multiple brands concurrently.

    General NPD

    • Competitor and customer insights analysis through monthly reporting.
    • Help develop & document procedures to manage overall efficiencies.
    • Help re engineer sauces in collaboration with executives.
    • Develop product from concept to final product.
    • Help and manage all factory trials.
    • Keeps up to date with best practices in writing, social media, search marketing and business/industry trends.
