Key Areas Of Responsibility Include The Following

Product Knowledge & Adoption:

• Gather business requirements, analyze current solutions, and collaborate with Subject Matter experts to address needs
• Drive new and existing Learning Path awareness, distribution and uptake.(Workday, learning paths, Automation within HR, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Working with the HR teams to ensure all product documentation and roll out strategies are planned and implemented effectively.
• Support product uptake goals. This applies to both internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Build key professional relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Establish positive working relationships with customers to ensure consistent feedback and communication.
• Build confidence among business users to encourage sharing business ideas and requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence in ability to liaise with stakeholders, with a key focus on developing a strong customer relationship
• Lead collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders

Reporting:

• Undertake In-depth uptake & usage reporting and provide recommendations to increase product adoption.
• Manage data- driven analysis of the user experience
• Compile reports reflecting product performance, usage and any other requested reports from stakeholders
• Defines, tracks and improves data by checking the data and communicating with customers to improve data.

Key Requirements

• Relevant degree
• At least 3 years in a role specializing in technical product analysis and adoption
• Tools/Technology Knowledge & Experience : eLearning Platforms, Advanced Excel, HRIS systems, Technical Support Products

Skills and Qualifications 

• 5 Years' experience in similar role, preferably in technology company 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Effective Minute Taking at Board Level 
• Time-Management skills 
• Attention to detail & Organization skills 
• Excellent proficiency of frequently used computer software Excel, Word, Teams & PowerPoint.   
• Proven Interpersonal skills
