    People Partner

    Job Description
    The People Partner role will be responsible for the following :

    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective people strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
    • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and on boarding processes.
    • Drive employee engagement and performance management programmes.

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Description

    • Manage the day-to-day digital marketing activities for all three brands
    • Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and automated journeys
    • Assist in building thought leadership content for executives and brand channels
    • Create or coordinate digital design assets for social media, email, web, and paid campaigns
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok where relevant
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights

    • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
    • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
    • Ability to write compelling copy for different audiences and platforms
    • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer tech, or gaming brands is advantageous

    Millwright (Artisan)

    Job Description
    The Millwright (Artisan) will be responsible for the following:

    • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
    • Must Perform Gap analysis
    • Must have a certification to prove that they are Millwright and has a verified reference
    • Must have managed a team
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure minimal downtime.
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
    • Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise machine performance.
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all tasks.

    • A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. BCom Marketing, BA Communication / Media, BBusSci, digital marketing diplomas or equivalent practical experience).
    • Confident communicator comfortable in a room with founders, franchisees, studio owners and creative partners.
    • Organised, self-starting and able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders without losing detail.
