    Responsibilities

    What we’re looking for:

    • To efficiently manage the full accounts payable function, DPO, ensuring payments to suppliers are made in a timely manner, supplier queries resolved and cashflow is effectively utilized. To ensure staff are adequately trained, developed and are operating effectively.

    Accountabilities

    • Manage the full accounts payable function within the organisation's established policies, including managing the creditors team, motivating and developing them

    Responsibilities

    • Consumer Research: Lead ad-hoc consumer insights research projects providing input into the design, management of research agencies and key stakeholders autonomously, input into presentations to extract insight to leverage within the business, ensuring that recommendations from the research are implemented.

    GAO Market Access & Supply Senior Analyst - Isando Plant Snacks

    • The newly formed PepsiCo Global Agriculture Office (GAO) is charged with building a highly productive vertically integrated potato supply chain.  The GAO is tasked with accelerating value realization across the function (currently approx. $50MM per annum) to deliver an additional $ 100 MM by 2027 and $ 200 MM by 2029 across mature as well as high growth/high risk emerging markets. 

    Accountabilities

    • Manage and administrate the Global Supply Working Group (GS WG) across the sectors to ensure that the GAO maintain global supply visibility and insights (macro/global market dynamics etc.), to support the business with medium to long term/strategic supply planning for both Chipstock and Potato Seed across sectors, including:
    • Delivering an accurate global crop year analysis and supply overview to support sector and BU teams to resolve supply challenges and ensure that the teams can deliver high service levels to globally, including support with Potato volume surplus, shortfall and Ad Hoc constraint overview management; Investigation of import and export opportunities; and the communication with stakeholders to align best cost, quality, service solutions.
    • Reviewing in cooperation with the GS WG the supply and demand balances, evaluate risks (e.g. demand, weather, crop availability, quality loss, etc.) and cause of change on a regular basis (monthly/weekly/as required) including hot spots and bright spots in the supply chain.
    • Leading stakeholder alignment for GS WG global supply decisions and solutions that deliver value to the business and suppliers, through potential cost-savings and productivity opportunities associated with best practice.
    • Manage and administrate the Global Market Development and Access Working Group across the sectors to:
    • Develop and maintain an accurate market access overview including the current Potato tariff and non-tariff market barriers within PepsiCo markets, including:
    • Staying up to date with recent tariff and policy changes and any potential impacts on the business; as well as
    • High-priority macro policy/political activities and events that could impact our business.
    • In accordance with the above develop an action plan with stakeholders such as PepsiCo Public and Government Affairs and BU’s to gain or maintain market access in priority markets.

    Sales Admin Supervisor - Bloemfontein Bakery

    Responsibilities

    What we’re looking for:

    • Own the end-to-end sales administration engine for the bakery: lead the tele sales team, ensure 100% accurate order capture, finalize the daily production order on time, maintain robust administrative controls, and safeguard master data quality in the DRM system—while producing and circulating clear sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that support informed decisions across Sales, Production, and Distribution

    Master Data Management (DRM)

    • Own customer, IDC customer route/day, delivery frequency, and trading-term master data in DRM. Prevent duplicates and stale data; run scheduled integrity checks and exception reports. Train the team on DRM standards and serve as first-line support for DRM issues, escalating to VSC where needed.

    Reporting & Analytics (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

    • Build, maintain, and automate (where possible) a reporting pack covering:- Daily: Orders vs. capacity, order accuracy %, cut-off compliance, bake plan vs. dispatch, service level/hit-rate, urgent variances, major returns/spoils flags.- Weekly: Volume by brand/pack/route, price/discount utilization, customer gains/losses, returns/spoils trends, service gaps, depot/IDC performance, market activities.- Monthly: Sales vs. target, mix and margin analysis, promo performance, customer growth/churn, control exceptions, DRM data quality scorecard. Distribute reports to Sales, Production, Distribution, Finance, and Leadership per cadence. Proactively highlight risks/opportunities and recommend actions.

    People Leadership

    • Set clear KPIs, run coaching and side-by-side call reviews, and conduct formal performance reviews. Build bench strength (cross-training on routes, DRM, reporting); manage attendance and shift coverage. Embed a culture of accuracy, urgency, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
    • Stakeholder Management & Communication
    • Interface daily with Production Planning, Dispatch, Distribution, Finance, DRM, and Depot Managers. Communicate supply constraints, substitutions, recovery plans to Sales and key customers.

    GAO Value Chain Senior Analyst - Isando Plant Snacks

    What we’re looking for:

    • The newly formed PepsiCo Global Agriculture Office (GAO) is charged with building a highly productive vertically integrated potato supply chain.  The GAO is tasked with accelerating value realization across the function (currently approx. $50MM per annum) to deliver an additional $ 100 MM by 2027 and $ 200 MM by 2029 across mature as well as high growth/high risk emerging markets. 
    • To make full use of value and productivity opportunities, the global agriculture office will utilize a data driven approach to evaluate global potato spend. Thereby developing a single source of truth for global potato spend with agreed segmentation across commodity and manufacturing cost components. This will support the business to identify global value opportunities and to measure the cause of change and impact consistently across markets.

    Accountabilities

    • Administrate the GAO Value Realization Working Group (VR WG) including the organizing of meetings, capturing, and follow-up of actions. The primary aim of the VR WG is to articulate tested, agro productivity (compressible spend and value engineering) and other value projects across the Global Value Focus Areas (Variety, Seed, Production Practices, Post-Harvest Practices and Commercialization), including the financial assumptions; and to support the ‘Lift and Shift’ of these projects across suitable global markets.
    • Develop, maintain, and analyze a Global Potato Gross Commodity Indexing model to benchmark global input cost models and investigate value opportunities.
