• Managed Talent Solutions' client, a major player in the Financial Services industry seeks a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join their Insurers Supervision Department as a Manager: Supervisory Projects. This role is critical in supporting the general management of the department, coordinating key supervisory projects, and providing technical expertise to enhance and maintain a risk-based conduct of business supervisory framework for the insurance sector.
• Reporting directly to the Departmental Head, this position offers the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and contribute to the effective supervision of the insurance industry.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with specific expertise in the insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable legislation and a strong understanding of both international and local trends affecting the insurance sector.
• Experience in monitoring, compliance management, risk management, project management, and people management.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly across cross-functional areas, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, coordinate, and drive key supervisory projects to enhance and implement effective supervisory strategies within the department.

• Contribute to legislative amendments and represent the department in international forums when necessary.

• Datcentrix Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) is looking for a Service Delivery Manager on a 6 months' contract. The successful candiate will be working remotely and may be needed to be present at the client site in Pletterberg Bay from time to time. Purpose of Role:

• Establishing and maintaining a constructive relationship between the service provider and the customer based on understanding the customer and their business drivers
• Identifying changes to the customer environment and technology trends that could potentially impact the type, level or utilization of services provided
• Establishing and articulating business requirements for new services or changes to existing services
• Mediating in cases where there are conflicting requirements for services from different business units

• eNetworks a division of Datacentrix is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to be based in Midrand. Candidate will perform day to day operational support for customer networks, assist in low level designs, operationally maintain Cisco SD WAN and MPLS networks.
• Candidates must have thorough understanding of switching, routing and their related technologies. BGP, OSPF champion. TCP/IP, IP Addressing (v4 and v6), CIDR and DNS. Excellent understanding of Service Provider and Enterprise architecture. Experience implementing QoS, PBR, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN

Primary Role Accountabilities

• Maintain customer MPLS and Cisco SDWAN networks.
• Find and present operational, technological and cost efficiencies on customer and internal networks.
• Undertake data network fault investigations and implement resolutions in local and wide area environments.
• Ensure proper configuration and deployment of ISP or customer networking equipment while adhering to eNetworks and customer standards and practices.
• Liaise with Project Management team, Network engineers and Service Desk Agents on a regular basis.
• Operationally handle escalated support requests. 

Critical Requirements - Skills,  Experience & Qualifications

• Matric Qualification
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Thorough understanding of switching, routing and their related technologies. BGP, OSPF champion. TCP/IP, IP Addressing (v4 and v6), CIDR and DNS. Excellent understanding of Service Provider and Enterprise architecture. Experience implementing QoS, PBR, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN
• Qualifications - Cisco CCNP essential.
• Cisco SD-WAN (VIPTella & Meraki) qualifications essential.
• Cisco MPLS and SD-WAN experience essential
• At least 5 years’ experience as an ISP network engineer or in network administration and maintenance.
• Must be well spoken, have a good command of the English language and must be able to deal with customers in a professional manner.
