    Deep Clean Manager - Reitz

    Description

    Purpose is to manage the Deep Clean Hygiene Team to ensure that Ecowize delivers a food safe facility to the customer according to policies and procedures.

    The Deep Clean Manager is the first line of contact to the customer during night-shifts and must ensure customer centricity through regular, meaningful interactions with all key site stakeholder at all levels.

    We are growing our Cleaning Operations Division and require skilled and competent Deep Clean Manager to join the Ecowize Group. 

    Job Specification: 

    • Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site. 
    • Delivery a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.  
    • Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback. 
    • Managing of site budgets and manage manhours as per shift schedule.  
    • Responsible for staff management and resolving HR related matters.  
    • Coaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills. 
    • Drive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.  
    • Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.  
    • Close out any raised non – conformances of micros out of specification and following up on NCR’s. 
    • Liaise daily with customers.  
    • Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.  
    • Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.  

    Requirements

    Job Requirements: 

    • Grade 12.
    • Management /or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous). 
    • Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential. 
    • Staff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.  
    • Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous. 
    • Own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.  
    • Good command of the English Language. 
    • High-Quality administrative skills required. 
    • Be flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice.

    Intergrated Procurement Manager - Spartan

    Description

    Responsibilities : 

    • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, from supplier sourcing and selection to negotiation, contracting, and performance management, securing optimal terms and value for the company.
    • Analyse internal procurement data and external market conditions to forecast future procurement needs and budgetary requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to identify procurement needs and requirements.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.

    Requirements : 

    • Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management is required, emphasizing strategic sourcing, supplier management, and sourcing expertise. Experience in indirect procurement functions will also be considered, highlighting a broad understanding of procurement strategies across various categories.
    • Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and process improvements in a procurement environment.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to drive favourable outcomes in complex contractual negotiations.
    • Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, Inventory Management (understanding demand planning, forecasting, SMOG analysis, etc.) knowledge of CRM and Order Management – SAGE/Granite reporting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Inspire and lead the procurement team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and ethical conduct.

    Payroll Administrator

    Description

    • Payroll processing including but not limited to: Timesheets and input, overtime, incentives, on holds, terminations, increases, promotions, demotions, maternity leave.
    • End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff.
    • Understand compulsory employee benefits.
    • Collate Payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly.
    • Salary clearing, company recons and loan recons.
    • Handling staff related queries regarding payroll.
    • Generation of payroll reports.
    • Processing of UI19s.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Payroll Qualification/ Certification will be advantageous.
    • 2 years working experience in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of legislative requirements for South African payrolls.
    • Knowledge of payroll administration
    • Computer experience MS Office, Outlook.
    • Excel minimum Intermediate level experience must be able to demonstrate same.
    • Working experience in SAGE 300 People

    Technical Service Agent - Gauteng

    Description

    Ecowize is looking for a Technical Service Technician to ensure that satellites are fully operational through performing preventative maintenance as per service schedule.

    Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to optimize resources (manpower, energy and water), that includes utilization of industrial washing systems and time-study activities.

    High-level Job Objectives:

    • Internal Customer Focus on regular, meaningful interactions to drive an inclusive partnership which will ensure optimal working order of satellites. Ensure Maintenance Report is submitted accurately and timeously.
    • Financial Focus by ensuring expenses fall within budget, reported accurately and timeously. Ensure all replacement parts are invoiced correctly to sites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that customer needs are meet by providing technical expertise to site manager, cleaning team, technical sales consultant, and customer.
    • Manage, resolve complaints, and advise internal/external stakeholders on corrective action.
    • Managing of the budget and ensuring that maintenance and cost are kept as low as possible, this includes asset management and driving of efficiencies and innovation.
    • To ensure that application of audit procedures conform to the clients quality standards
    • To determine the precision and accuracy in chemical verification
    • Managing of Health and Safety, this includes ensuring that service is carried out in full compliance with the health and safety together with the environmental requirements.
    • Compliance to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).  Ensure the safeguarding all personal information and password access to information on site in line with company POPI Compliance Policy.
    • Provide effective solutions to address site pain points from a maintenance perspective.
    • To provide routine maintenance for chemical dosing pumps and to keep the system functioning.
    • Provide onsite assistance and training to the chemical division.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12.
    • Technical Qualification / Certificate will be an advantage.
    • Chemical Engineering background will be advantageous.
