    Corporate Social Responsibility Manager - Sandton

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    • Serves as the lead for IBM’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities will drive and implement IBM’s CSR strategy in the local environment, thereby maximizing social and business impact while aligning to the local national agenda.
    • Supports and works with IBM local country leaders to develop locally relevant initiatives to directly support the IBM business’ hyper-growth strategy, forwarding-looking and breakthrough CSR initiatives while ensuring the alignment to the IBM CSR priorities of (1) Education, (2) Volunteerism and (3) Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

    SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Consultant

    As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies.     Your primary responsibilities include:

    The role will involve deployment of modern SAP Analytics/Reporting offerings, requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions and best address our customers’ needs across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within EMEA.

    In this role, the SAP PaPM Management Consultant will work directly with customers for hands-on delivery, as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from blueprint to go-live. This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high-performance consulting team in a fast-paced environment.

    This individual will be responsible for leading small project teams, as well as serve as an individual contributor, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, growing our practice, and deepening our relationships with key partners. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required SAP PaPM product capabilities, business processes, solution mechanics, and configuration requirements, as well as integration with other technologies.     • Strong understanding of FP&A and Finance processes
