    Frontend Graduate Engineer

    About the role:

    Graduate Engineers are high in potential and are at the start of their engineering careers.

    You will work on well-defined tasks across multiple domains: software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, artificial intelligence and test automation. You will successfully contribute to the teams by asking a lot of questions and picking up development, quality, operations, and delivery fundamentals. This is an initial 12-month contract.

    • You will deliver well-defined individual tasks in collaboration with senior engineers. Close guidance and technical mentoring will help you avoid getting blocked or stuck. You will take ownership of your work, learn, and accept feedback for improvement.

    Your contribution will be: 

    • You are proficient in fixing simple bugs in code (functional, pipeline or test automation), configurations, or deployment of a service or application.
    • You have some knowledge of backend languages and frontend frameworks i.e. C#, React/Angular, JavaScript etc
    • You take well-defined minor sub-tasks and complete them (e.g., debug and fixing code, scripts, or infrastructure issues in pre-production environments).

    About the Role:

    • The Manager of Customer Support is responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of a team of Support employees to deliver and exceed on company SLA’s, while maintaining and fostering a culture of great teamwork and open transparent communications.

    Systems Engineer

    About the Role:

    The Systems Engineer is responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance and evolution of the global Nintex enterprise systems.

    The Systems Engineer and broader Infrastructure team are responsible for the stability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure and systems. 

    Your contribution will be:

    • Configure, administer, and support core enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Manager, Intune, O365, Exchange and SharePoint online. 
    • Configure and maintain key Infrastructure systems. 
    • Monitor system performance and execute proactive maintenance. 
    • Participate in security investigations leveraging various system logs and our Defender for Endpoint platform. 
    • Automate and improve processes with scripting technologies such as PowerShell. 
    • Provide tier 2 support for the internal IT Support team. 
    • Ensure records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. 
    • Work with vendors to assist support and upgrade activities.

    • Monitor ticketing system consistently and progress, escalate and resolve tickets efficiently using documented processes and critical thinking. 
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions to ensure systems are running efficiently. 
    • Audit applications and systems to analyze for compliance and changes that need to be made. 
    • Perform system upgrades and backups, ensuring data integrity and security. 
    • Help facilitate a deeper understanding of IT systems across the Support team through use of documentation and training. 
    • Ensure local South Africa office generator and backup equipment is properly maintained and inspected. 

    To be successful we think you need:

    • At least 2 years’ experience in a Systems Engineering role.

    Associate Technical Specialist

    About the Role:

    The Associate Technical Specialist is responsible for assisting and mentoring customers in all aspects of upgrading a customer’s solution from legacy Nintex product.

    This individual is a technical workflow professional, providing customers with an upgrade assessment and then assisting customers through the upgrade process via a series of calls, screen share sessions, and hands-on assistance to make sure everything goes well all the way through testing and customer acceptance. This will include analyzing and upgrading workflows and forms from Nintex O365 to the latest Nintex product versions.

    Your contribution will be:

    • Understand the underlying architecture of the Nintex migration tools.
    • Look for opportunities to report and provide scripting enhancements to these tools.

    Automation Engineer

    About the Role:

    We are looking for a QA Automation developer, who will join the QA group in our R&D department.

    The position will involve full participance in our automation framework, developing new features for the framework, developing E2E automation tests, and helping with ensuring the high quality of our company's products. This is a 12-month contract

We have colleagues based across South Africa, and even have an office in Johannesburg, just incase you wish to work in office.
