    Slots Host - Thaba Moshate

    Job Purpose

    To service the Slots Floor to the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction, in accordance with company policies and procedures and Gaming Board Rules and Regulations.

    Qualifications

    Minimum:

    • Matric

    • Excellent communication skills and be able to work with figures.
    • Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

    Main Resposibilites

    • Execute customer service by ensuring that the guests' needs are identified by answering promptly any calls for assistance and assisting guests in any situation relating to the playing of machines.
    • Interact with guests whilst serving them in a friendly and helpful manner in accordance with the company's mission statement.
    • Ensure that guests can use cashless cards.
    • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, gaming board rules and regulations.

    Marketing Manager - Graceland

    Job Purpose

    To execute all marketing functions at the relevant business unit with a focus on managing the on-site loyalty programme, and execution of promotional activities and events to a superior standard to drive revenues for the business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar.

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing management role, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or entertainment industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Be proficient in Office 365, including above average computer and presentation skills.
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels.
    • Innovation and creativity, with attention to detail is a key attribute of this position.
    • Good organisational and administrative skills
    • Be a team player with superior communication skills.
    • Be emotionally mature in working under pressure.

    • Be willing to travel as and when required
    • Be able to work extended hours and over weekends and public holidays
    • Will be required to obtain a Gaming Board Licence from the relevant Gambling Board
    • Main Resposibilites
    • Develop and implement a 360-degree Marketing Plan for the relevant Peermont property.
    • Implement and manage the Winners Circle casino loyalty programme for the relevant Peermont property.
    • Develop and implement casino and hospitality promotions, competitions, and activations for the relevant Peermont property.
    • Plan a relevant and financially viable entertainment calendar implemented and communicated effectively to increase the right footfall on complex.
    • Execute the approved Media Plan including radio, print, outdoor and digital advertising.
    • Ensure an effective Public Relations strategy, generating regular newsworthy publicity stories and good media relations.
    • Manage and implement a proactive Social Media programme for the relevant Peermont property.
    • Collaborate with the team to implement effective Corporate Social Investment initiatives and projects.
    • Take an active role in the effective execution of the Peermont Customer Care Programme, both in the immediate response cycle, with the quarterly reports and with any action points or initiatives required by the programme.
    • Ensure all marketing activities are in accordance with Peermont company policies.

    Chef De Partie - Graceland

    Job Purpose

    Qualifications:

    Job Purpose

    Ensure smooth and optimal operations of surveillance equipment and to monitor all activities taking place on the resort complex and protection of company guests & Casino / Slots gaming operations and assets via CCTV

    Qualifications

    • Matric
