Qualification and Experience:

• Min 3yrs proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably with experience in providing personal assistance to executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the upkeep of office building ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate all administrative activities, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, including memos, announcements and newsletters.
• Manage confidential information and handle sensitive matters with utmost discretion.
• Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, messages), ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, both on-site and off-site.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions to enhance office efficiency.

You will be working as Warehouse & Logistics Manager and will be part of Electrification Business Area for Smart
Buildings Division. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Operations Manager and will be responsible for of warehouse operations,
trade compliance and transportation. Ensuring warehouse and forwarders service level and productivity, in compliance with regulations, company’s guidelines and procedures.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in 3PL background or from any MNC is required - 3PL Software
• Relevant certifications in Logistics management, with a strong SAP WMS and MM Knowledge can be advantageous
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis within a logistics or warehouse management context
• Knowledge of best practices in inventory management, transportation and distribution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal team communication and external stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Matric
• Qualified CA (SA) – non-negotiable

Required Experience:

• 5 -6 years post articles reporting experience in the commercial financial services industry
• 3 -5 years people leadership experience
• Insurance industry experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of accounting packages, systems and controls including budgeting
• Exceptional Business acumen and broad business knowledge
• In depth knowledge of financial accounting and related processes & International accounting standards
• Continuous learning ability, resilient critical thinker, collaborator & change agility, Digital Literacy
